Andrew Nemeth has over 25 years of bankruptcy experience as a consumer bankruptcy attorney and as an Arizona District Chapter 7 Trustee. He has helped thousands of clients resolve their financial difficulties. Andrew has also served as a Past Chair of the Consumer Debtor Committee of the State Bar of Arizona’s Bankruptcy Section; as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Strategic Planning Committee; as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Electronic Court Filing User Group Committee; and as a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Debtor Education Committee. Andrew has also spoken extensively on the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. He was also honored by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys as its Member of the Month (August 2008), and by Green Path Debt Solutions in its Attorney Spotlight (November 2008).
Andrew Nemeth – Education & Interests
Andrew grew up in the suburbs of New York City, graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and worked as a Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems Corporation before attending California Western School of Law. He has worked almost exclusively as a consumer bankruptcy attorney since graduating from California Western School of Law.
Andrew is happily married for more than 25 years and has two children, a daughter and son. His family is heavily involved in the local live theatre scene with both children having performed in local community and professional theatre. Andrew’s daughter has performed off-Broadway. His son has appeared regionally (in Arizona and Alaska) and has toured North America on a Broadway National Tour.
